Eligibility
• Machines must be unused and in original packaging.
• Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items
• Installed, used, or customized vending machines
• Any items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

• We will provide shipping instructions.
• Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
